We inform you that your personal data is processed by the Christian Culture Association named after Father Piotr Skarga, located at ul. Augustiańska 28, 31-064 Kraków (Personal Data Controller). The Association is a non-profit organization whose statutory goals include fostering the Christian values and traditions of the Polish nation, as well as promoting and protecting the religious, ethical, philosophical, legal, and cultural heritage of Christian civilization, which is founded on the pillars of Tradition, Family, and Property. These goals are pursued through educational, charitable, and religious activities.
The Association processes your personal data for the following purposes:
a) In the case of financial support for campaigns through a donation payment – to perform the donation agreement (legal basis for processing: Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR – performance of a contract);
b) To inform about the Association’s activities, including informing about organized social campaigns (media campaigns, petitions, public events, competitions, debates, seminars, scientific and press conferences), enabling active participation in the aforementioned campaigns, providing or delivering materials related to the aforementioned campaigns, and informing about opportunities to support the Association’s activities (legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR – legitimate interest of the Controller consisting of promoting values consistent with the Association’s statutory objectives by enabling participation in organized social campaigns and maintaining contact in connection with the realization of the Association’s statutory objectives);
c) As part of cooperation with organizations having convergent statutory objectives, by transferring your personal data (name, surname, and contact details) to these entities, and in particular to the Freedom and Property Foundation with its registered office in Kraków (address: ul. Nowosądecka 54/3, 30-683 Kraków, KRS: 0001116854) – (legal basis for processing: Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR – legitimate interest of the Controller consisting of promoting values consistent with the Association’s statutory objectives by enabling acquaintance with campaigns supported by the Association and organized by other organizations);
d) For archival purposes – to secure information in case of a legal need to prove facts concerning contact with a person who participated in a campaign (legal basis for processing: Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR – legitimate interest of the Controller consisting of pursuing or defending against potential claims).
Providing your personal data is voluntary; however, without it, it will not be possible to achieve the purposes indicated above.
You have the right to access your data, rectify it, erase it, or restrict its processing, and the right to data portability. You also have the right to object to the processing of personal data. You can submit all these requests to the registered office of the Father Piotr Skarga Christian Culture Association, at ul. Augustiańska 28, 31-064 Kraków, with the annotation “Data Protection Officer” or to the e-mail address: iod@piotrskarga.pl. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority – the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
Authorized employees and associates of the Controller, entities providing hosting, IT, and mailing services, and office software providers may have access to your personal data. Personal data may also be shared with other organizations with convergent statutory objectives, including the aforementioned Freedom and Property Foundation with its registered office in Kraków.
The personal data provided may be processed in an automated manner, including in the form of profiling. However, decisions concerning an individual related to this processing will not be automated.
Your personal data will be stored for the period necessary to achieve the purpose (purposes indicated in points a-c above) for which it was obtained by the Association, but no longer than until you inform us of your objection to data processing. After receiving an objection, your personal data will be processed solely for archival purposes to the extent necessary for establishing, pursuing, or defending against potential claims.
